Lil Cherubs Consignment Sale
The Lil Cherubs Consignment sale has been helping the community since the year 2000. What started as a few dedicated people raising a couple hundred dollars has grown to an organization raising thousands of dollars each sale. Funds raised help even more organizations in the community and around the world! This event is completely volunteer lead and orchestrated twice a year to give back to children and families.
Centenary Oil Change
Each fall, typically in September, we host an oil change event.
This event is for economically struggling members of our community to help get their oil changed in their vehicles.
Kids Hope USA
Centenary has partners with Kids Hope USA to provide mentors for elementary school children in our community. For one hour a week, a mentor will meet with a child and read, play games, do crafts, take walks and just talk and listen. For more information on the Kids Hope USA program, click on the link.
Centenary Prom Project
Centenary’s Prom Project provides formal wear for junior and senior girls that wish to attend their school prom but may not be able to due to lack of financial resources. We work with local Family Resource and Youth Service (FRYSC) officers of the surrounding school systems to assist girls with a dress, shoes, jewelry, and accessories at no cost. Since 2015, we’ve helped over 850 plus girls due to the generous donations from the community.
Tailgate Sunday
Each season before the football season begins, we have a guest speaker join us and invite the local football teams, coaches and families to worship with us followed by a meal.
