Youth Group

Sunday school meets year-round in the youth area from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.  Located upstairs in the youth area, our Sunday school classes are used for direct study of scripture.   The intention is to take a deeper dive into God's Word, growing both in our familiarity and understanding of scripture.  All students from incoming 6th grade through graduating high school seniors are welcome to join us as we dig into scripture each week.

Sunday nights are our more relaxed study time, which is more topically based rather than focused on a particular biblical book or scriptural passage.  Our group studies are 45 minutes to an hour in length, group discussion orientated, and followed by an hour of playing pool, basketball, ping pong, and just hanging out.

Our time together on Wednesday always begins with a meal together starting at 5:30 p.m and lasts until 7:30 p.m. During the school year, this is done in conjunction with the rest of the congregation, whereas during the summer we grill out each week. Following the meal, we engage in singing worship songs, playing games, and spending time in fellowship. We intentionally make community a priority in youth, and this is most evident during our meals and worship on Wednesday nights.
